TUNA QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
7 oz. can tuna
1/2 c. diced American cheese
4 eggs
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
6 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 drops hot pepper sauce

Drain tuna, flake and spread in bottom of pie shell with cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients. Pour over tuna and cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until tip of knife comes out clean. Allow to "set" 5 minutes at room temperature. Cut into wedges.
