1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding with 2 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding with 2 1/2 c. milk
Chocolate candy bar

Mix flour, butter, nuts. Spread out on 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat sugar, cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust.

Mix pudding and pour over cheese mixture, first vanilla then layer of chocolate. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Grate candy bar on top. Chill. Serves 15 to 20.
