BOTTOM:

1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

MIDDLE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 (10 to 12 oz.) carton whipped topping, halved

TOP:

1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk

3 Heath candy bars, chopped

Combine flour, pecans and melted butter and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and half of whipped topping. Spread over bottom layer and chill. Mix together puddings and milk. Pour over middle layer and chill. Top with remaining whipped topping and chopped Heath bars. Refrigerate.
