GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese

Cook noodles until tender in salted water, drain. Melt butter in skillet and add meat. Cook, stirring until meat has lost red color. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Place half of noodles mixture in a 2 1/2 quart casserole, cover with meat mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
