RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. diced rhubarb
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour

Mix 1 cup flour, butter and powdered sugar together. Press into 8x10 baking pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix rhubarb, eggs, sugar, salt and 1/4 cup flour. Pour over crust. Bake an additional 30-35 minutes. Cut into squares.
