CRAB STUFFED SOLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
6 oz. can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 sole fillets (1/2 lb. each)
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
3 slices lemon, sliced
