2 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sifted flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Boil and mash sweet potatoes. Beat the eggs. Mix together all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
