1 box (8 c.) Crispix cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in double boiler. Pour over Crispix. Dump powdered sugar over mixture and shake up.
