SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot or mild sausage
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
celery salt

Mix sausage, cheese and Bisquick. Water may be added if mixture is too dry. Form into small balls. Sprinkle with celery salt.

Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
