SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. hot sausage (or 1/2 reg. and 1/2 hot) 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 3 c. Bisquick Let sausage and cheese stand at room temperature until it can be easily mixed. Add Bisquick and roll into marble sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be refrigerated about a week or frozen. Warm before you serve. |
