EASY TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelop taco seasonings mix
1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans
1/2 c. water
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed

Brown beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain, add taco seasoning mix, chili beans and water. Cook until heated through, stir occasionally. Layer lettuce, cheese, tomato, and onion on salad plates. Sprinkle with crushed chips. Top with ground beef mixture. Serve with additional chips. Yield: 4 servings.
