EASY TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded colby cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded monterey jack cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 c. shredded lettuce

In a saucepan, brown ground beef. Add salsa, Miracle Whip and chili powder. Mix well. In an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish, layer half of meat mixture, chips and cheeses. Repeat layers.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 -25 minutes. Just before serving top with tomatoes and lettuce. (Serves 6.)
