1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 box powdered sugar

Mix the 2 eggs in the dry cake mix. Pat into an oblong pan. Pour melted butter over the mixture. Using an electric mixer beat 8 ounces cream cheese and 2 eggs. When well mixed add 1 box powdered sugar and pecans. Pour over the above. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
