TEXAS CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Combine butter, water, cocoa in 3 quart saucepan. Bring to boiling and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

One at a time beat in sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Quickly beat in sour cream, then eggs.
