1 1/2 c. cornmeal (med. coarse)
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
Add enough water to make it able to pour.
1 chicken, boiled, skinned and boned
1 box Stove Top - corn bread flavor
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together first six ingredients in large bowl. Then add the rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 11x14 inch baking pan. Bake 350-375 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
