ITALIAN TURKEY DRESSING | |
1 tsp. poultry seasoning 2 1/2 lb. hamburger 3/4 c. long grain rice 1 lg. onion, chopped fine 2 pkg. Stove Top dressing mix 1 c. dry fine bread crumbs 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 tsp. Accent 2 c. chopped celery 3 raw eggs 1/3 c. romano cheese 1 tbsp. salt or to taste 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. sage Brown hamburger; cook and salt it. Fry mushrooms and onions in butter until medium done. Cook celery and rice separate in chicken broth until done. 3 cans broth. GRAVY: Boil giblets in chicken broth until done, 3 cans. Add more if needed. Chop them fine when done and add to gravy when you add flour to thicken gravy. Scorch flour in pan before and have it ready to the above ingredients. |
