CURRY AND CHEDDAR CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. curry powder

Steam large cauliflower florets until soft (15 to 20 minutes). Meanwhile mix mayonnaise, mustard, and curry powder together.

Arrange the cooked florets in a baking dish in one layer (about a 9 x 11 dish). Paint on thickly the mayonnaise, curry mixture and cover with grated cheddar. Bake uncovered in 425 degrees oven for about 10 minutes or browned on top. NOTE: This is even better the next day sauteed!!
