BAKED STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
12 lg. fresh mushrooms 4 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. minced onions 2 c. bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. minced parsley 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Fresh mushrooms need only to be washed. No peeling required. Remove stems, dice stems, cook with onion in melted butter for about 5 minutes. Add seasonings and crumbs; mix well. Salt inside washed mushroom caps, fill with stuffing. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
