PARFAIT IN A PAN 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 (4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding (or one 8 ounce)
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Melt butter and mix with flour and nuts. Pat into 9 x 12 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipping cream until smooth. Pour over cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk until smooth and pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip over pudding. Refrigerate and serve.
