PEANUT BUTTER PARFAIT TORTE 
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Mix together. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar

Beat above ingredients together. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust. Mix together 1 (3 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding and 1 (3 ounce) instant chocolate pudding with 2 3/4 cups milk. Beat 2 minutes. Put on for next layer. Top with Cool Whip, sprinkle with crushed nuts and shaving of chocolate.
