RHUBARB CUSTARD CRUNCH 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all together and pour in greased 8 x 11 pan. Beat 1 egg and 1 cup milk. Pour over first mixture. Dot 2 tablespoons butter over rhubarb.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour

Mix together, will be crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
