RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix

Mix as directed and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 2 cups diced rhubarb over batter.

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cover rhubarb with this mixture.

Pour 1/2 pint whipping cream over sugar mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. When cake is done, cool slightly and invert cake onto jelly roll pan.
