RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE (Version #2) 
3 c. rhubarb, cut into very sm. pieces
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 crust pastry

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, except rhubarb. Mix well, then stir in the rhubarb pieces. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Put on top crust. Seal and make slits for air to escape. Bake 50-60 minutes at 400 degrees. Adjust cooking time to suit your own oven.
