RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
Double crust pie crust
4 c. rhubarb, put in unbaked pie crust
1/3 c. flour
11/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Blend dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients. Mix together. Pour over rhubarb. Dot with butter, cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
