SWEET AND PUNGENT SAUCE 
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lo-cal sweetener

Blend broth, vinegar, cornstarch in saucepan. Stir over low heat 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add sucrose and serve. Good for carrots, beans, fish, tongue, eggplant and seafood. 1/2 cup - 30 calories - 1 tablespoon - 4 calories.
