CHERRY 4 LAYER DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup ground nuts
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together graham crackers, ground nuts and melted butter; press into 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, divided

Cream 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar, stir in half tub Cool Whip.

3RD LAYER:

2 cans cherry pie filling

Top with canned cherry pie filling. NOTE: this is also good with 2 packages instant pudding (lemon), use only 3 cups milk instead of four.

4TH LAYER:

reserved Cool Whip
chopped nuts

Spread with remaining Cool Whip and top with chopped nuts.
