TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to boil, remove from heat and add:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in UNGREASED sheet pan.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over top (optional). Spread on cooled cake while frosting is hot. Chocolate lovers delight! Great for large groups.
