CHOKECHERRY WINE 
1 qt. berries
5 lb. sugar
1 gallon water
1 pkg. dry red star yeast

Mash or grind berries, put in a crock, leave room at top for expansion, cover with cloth, stir twice a day for 2 days, strain put juice in crock for 3 days, ready to use, I bottle with balloons, until balloons go down, then use.

Hi,
the stones (seeds) of chokecherries are toxic, I would not recommend grinding them.
