COFFEE CAN BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Measure 1 1/2 cups flour into mixing bowl. Blend dry yeast into flour. Place water, milk, oil, sugar and salt into saucepan and heat only until warm. Add to flour and yeast and beat until smooth. Stir in eggs and remaining flour and beat until smooth and elastic. Divide into two buttered one pound coffee cans. Cover with plastic lids and let rise in warm place about 35 minutes. Remove lids. Dough should rise almost to top of can. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown. Let stand until bread shrinks a bit for easily removal.
