BEEF IN A CRUST 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water

Mix dough and divide into 6 parts. Roll each part to size of 8 inch plate.

FILLING:

2 lbs. diced potatoes
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion (sliced)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Fill with meat mixture. Place filling in middle of each rolled crust. Add 1/4 tsp. butter. Fold up sides and pick holes with fork on top of dough. Bake in oven until brown and done. 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
