BEEF MUSHROOM-QUICKIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Dash of hot sauce
2 tbsp. chopped chives
3 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie crust for 12 to 15 minutes, remove, then turn to 350 degrees. Fill shell with above mixture after browning meat and mixing everything together. Bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. 6 servings.
