SPICY CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. red pepper
Chili powder to taste

Use a large bowl. Shred Velveeta cheese and Cheddar cheese into bowl. Add cream cheese. Let stand until room temperature, mix well. Add pecans, garlic salt and red pepper, mix well. Shape into small balls. Roll in chili powder, coating well. Place on serving plate. Chill, covered, until serving time. 24 servings.
