SPICY CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. garlic powder or sm. button garlic
3/4 tsp. Tabasco (1/2 tsp. - less hot)
2 tsp. red pepper (1 tsp. - less hot)
Dash of liquid smoke
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ground pecans
1/4 c. paprika

Mix all ingredients together (except pecans and paprika). Mix pecans and paprika together in separate bowl. Make 1 large or 2 small balls of cheese mixture with hands. Roll balls in pecan and paprika mixture. Store in refrigerator. Let soften before serving with Ritz crackers.
