CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine cheese and butter, mix until well blended. Add flour, red pepper and pecans and mix well. roll into 1-inch balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet in oven of 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
