CHEDDAR CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
Dash of red pepper
Chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into a ball, and coat with pecans. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
