STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. veal
1 lb. pork
1/2 lb. ground steak
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 med. onion
Green pepper
Celery, tomatoes, tomato soup
Cabbage

Mix 1 pound veal, 1 pound pork, 1/2 pound ground steak and rice. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix in 1 onion, diced, green pepper, diced and celery, diced. Roll up in heated cabbage leaves. Place in casserole dish. Pour over 1 quart tomatoes and 1 can tomato soup. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, then 2 to 3 hours at 300 degrees.
