STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. green cabbage
1 c. Minute Rice
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. raw ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes

Wash and core cabbage. Steam for 5 minutes. Combine beef, rice, peppers, onion, salt, and pepper. Place portion of mixture in a cabbage leaf and roll up. Pour tomatoes in bottom of electric fry pan and place cabbage rolls on top. Cover and cook very slowly (approximately 1 hour) on low heat.
