TURKEY SALAD 
3 c. cold turkey cubed
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. stuffed olives
Dash of black pepper
Mayonnaise

Combine turkey, celery, salt and pepper. Cut up eggs and olives. Reserve four perfect egg slices and six olives for garnishing. Add eggs and olives to turkey and celery. Mix well with mayonnaise. Mold in salad bowl on a bed of crisp lettuce. Cover top with mayonnaise. Garnish with eggs and olives.
