VANILLA ICE CREAM 
6 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5 quart hand turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let ripen at least 1 hour. Yield: 5 quarts.
