TERRY'S HOMEMADE BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. half & half
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Cook broccoli to package directions. Saute onions in butter; blend in flour. Add milk and half & half. Cook until thickened and smooth. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot soup. Add seasonings and cooked broccoli. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
