TANGY VEGETABLE DIP 
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. red peppers
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tbsp. parsley

Mix all ingredients in blender. Stir in 2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise. Will keep for a long period of time in refrigerator.
