CHOCOLATE PARTY TORTE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool. Beat: 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Beat 2 small packages instant chocolate and 1 instant vanilla (Jello brand) pudding with 4 1/2 cups milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour over cheese filling.

Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

NOTE: Use large size container of Cool Whip. May substitute other Jello brand instant puddings for the chocolate and vanilla.
