DUMP CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together and pour into greased (only) pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with French Frosting.
