VELVETY ALMOND FUDGE CAKE | |
1 box cake mix 1 box chocolate pudding 8 oz. container sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 bag blanched almonds 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. almond extract Grease Bundt pan. Chop almonds, place 1/4 of the bag of almonds on the bottom of the greased pan. Place pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to toast almonds. Mix in a large bowl all the ingredients except for the almonds and chocolate chips. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Add almonds and chocolate, stir well. Pour into greased pan with almonds and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until cake start to separate from sides of pan. |
