CURRIED CHICKEN AND FRESH FRUIT
SALAD
 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. fresh seedless grapes
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce
1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds

Combine all except lettuce and almonds. Toss lightly. Chill until ready to serve. Place each serving on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Serves 6.
