1 head lettuce (torn in pieces)
1 onion (sliced)
1 cucumber (cubed)
1 c. celery (diced)
1/2 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled)

DRESSING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
Parmesan cheese

Layer in shallow bowl - do not toss. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar. Spread on top so it completely covers everything. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving. You can make this ahead and it will stay crisp until served.
