ORIENTAL DELIGHT 
2 c. carrots
1 c. pews
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cabbage
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Gluten strips (optional)
1 c. water
1 tsp. chicken-like seasoning
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. corn starch

Slice carrots diagonally. In small amount of water steam broccoli, peas and carrots one at a time. Steam cabbage and mushrooms last. Mix vegetables and mushrooms. Combine corn starch, water, soy sauce and chicken-like seasoning. Pour over vegetables just before serving and cook until thickened. Serve with rice.
