EGGS AND HAM BRUNCH 
6-7 slices dry bread, cubed
1 lb. pre-cooked ham, cubed
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Grease 9x13 pan. Layer bread, ham, and cheese in pan. Beat eggs; add milk, mustard, and salt and pour over ingredients in pan. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and let set a few minutes before cutting. Serves 8-10.
