PINK FLUFF 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Boil pineapple and sugar 5 minutes. Add dry Jello and stir until dissolved. Cool until it starts to jell. Beat cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Fold in pineapple and Jello mixture. Chill until firm. May be used as a salad or dessert. Serves 6.
