MEXICAN LASAGNA | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 pkg. taco flavoring mix 1 med. can diced green chilies 1 sm. can chopped black olives 2 sm. cans enchilada sauce 1 dozen flour tortillas 1 lg. sour cream 1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese Fry hamburger; drain. Mix with taco flavoring and set aside. In 9 x 13 inch pan pour 1/2 can enchilada sauce to cover bottom. Layer 4 tortillas to cover. Spread with 1/2 sour cream; sprinkle with 1/2 chilies and 1/2 olives. Top with all hamburger and sprinkle with half of cheese. Pour second half of enchilada sauce over. Begin second layer with tortillas, sour cream, chilies, olives, and cheese as above. Save some cheese for top. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over. Top with last 4 tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. If you have any sauce left, pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
